Vittoria’s Competition Latex is a premium latex tube for cyclists who want to get the best out of their material. Latex tubes are more lightweight and supple than inner tubes made from butyl and therefore create less friction inside the tyre casing. Latex tubes are sensitive to lubricants and therefore shouldn’t get in touch with oil or grease. Latex tubes lose air more easily than butyl tubes, therefore you should check the air pressure regularly before riding.
